Had the universal cleaner back today gave it a test run in the kitchen and living room very happy indeed and also on dog dishes as advised by joe it goes a long way

First time buying this universal cleaner and very happy with it. Have used in kitchen and bathroom and a little goes a long way. It needs diluting and the spray bottle that I purchased separately from I.P works well.

I have been very pleased with the products I've been using, I bought the spray bottle, so easy to mix warm water and measure product in measuring cup provided, quick shake and off you go. Although the product isn't perfumed it leaves my home feeling and smelling fresh and clean. Think it will also be economical as only a small amount is needed and bottle will keep for 6 months after opening. I read that it was suitable for cleaning cars so thought I'd give it a go, very pleased with the result 😊

I've been using more environmentally friendly cleaners for the last 4 years, but I have to say this is the best I've tried, and I will be sticking with it. Considering how little you need its good value for money. I've used it on the kitchen worktops, cupboard fronts, bathroom, cooker, fridge, dog crate, even the bannister rail, and everything is spotless. No overpowering smell, just fresh and clean.

I just wanted to thank you so much for my order, and including the spray bottle, which I had forgotten to add! I used the product for the first time today, and was extremely impressed. I loved the subtle minty scent, and what struck me immediately was how the product didn�t have the overwhelming fumes that can make your throat burn and your chest feel tight! Even better, the product does a great job at leaving my bathroom clean and sparkly. My Daughter and I were at the talk at the Border Terrier Welfare event in the Autumn. She has been nagging me ever since to try your cleaning spray, as she worries so much about how our dogs could be affected by supermarket cleaning products.

I am very pleased that I was recommended to use ingenious probiotics products. To date I have used Floor cleaner, Surface Cleaner, Universal Cleaner, Toiler Cleaner and Dish Wash. I have found all products of benefit in order to keep our and pets environment clean and chemical free. I am gradually phasing out mainstream cleaning products. I am currently using Universal Cleaner for dogs dishes and utensils. Lather is minimal yet effective in its cleaning. I may revert to the dish wash when it becomes available again. Customer Service very helpful in assistance with product selection. Highly recommend their products.

An absolute must for cleaning and clearing bad bacteria. I am confident by practical experience and observation that there is never any regrowth of bad bacteria if used every day on raw dog food prep areas as it has a 3 day cleansing buffer. Perfect! The clean kitchen genious!! Before and after photos (obvious) not contrived but photos highlight the difference between where I used Provilan Clean Universal Cleaner and alcohol cleaner (no bacterial regrowth with universal cleaner).

Fantastic products, really impressed with how well they clean. We have switched from using hard chemical cleaning products on air conditioning systems to probiotic cleaners. Our team and clients are happy with the results, no more harsh smells and better for the environment
What a fabulous product! I originally bought for cleaning the cat litter trays as it is low odour and not off putting for the cats. Really cleans the litter trays and has kept them odour free, I only have to wash them a couple of times a week with Universal instead of daily as with other products. So pleased with it and I am now using Universal in the bathroom, kitchen and on the floors. Initially I was doubtful about how effective it would be for removing tea stains etc from a white enamel sink but the results are amazing. The sink, work surfaces and floors have never been so sparkly. I’ve used it on stainless steel cutlery and it looks like new!
I use the universal cleaner on my rats cage and ferret room. I like the fact there are no nasties in the cleaner especially as rats are prone to respiratory issues and cleaners, candles, air fresheners are renowned for causing some of these issues.
