# Ingenious Probiotics

> Ingenious Probiotics supplies topical probiotic cleaning products and external probiotic pet care to households, businesses and animal owners in the UK and internationally.
> The company trades as Pure Ingenious Ltd from Brentwood in Essex and sells the Provilan range under three brands: Provilan CLEAN for cleaning, LUCAA+ for pet care and Tvati for canine joint support.
> Its probiotics work by outcompeting harmful microbes on surfaces, skin and in water, so nothing in the range is swallowed or sold as a medicine.

## About
Pure Ingenious Ltd trades as Ingenious Probiotics and is registered in England and Wales under company number 11726508, with its office at Drogheda House, Brentwood. The business replaces biocides and harsh chemical cleaners with beneficial bacteria that compete with harmful microbes instead of killing indiscriminately, an approach it links to reducing antimicrobial resistance and indoor chemical exposure. Formulations are ECOCERT certified as natural, registered PETA cruelty-free, and packaged in recyclable and ocean-recycled plastics. The former EVAA+, DENAA+ and DENAA+ Fitness ranges have been consolidated into a single Provilan CLEAN range.

## Summary
Ingenious Probiotics specialises in probiotics applied externally rather than eaten, which sets it apart from the gut-health supplements most people associate with the word. The same microbial principle runs through every product: cleaning sprays for kitchens, bathrooms and floors; sprays for a pet's ears, eyes, teeth, coat and skin; and treatments for septic tanks, ponds and hydrocarbon-contaminated water. It serves three distinct audiences: households wanting fewer chemicals around children and animals, commercial operators such as gyms, hotels and clinics needing hygiene without biocides, and pet owners and veterinary professionals managing recurring skin, ear and dental problems.

## What We Do Not Do

- We do not sell probiotics that are swallowed. Every product is applied to a surface, to skin and coat, or to water
- Our products are not medicines or medical devices and are not a substitute for veterinary or medical treatment
- We do not accept returns on international orders. The 30 day refund policy covers UK consumer orders only
- We do not recommend probiotic cleaners on oil-treated wood floors, because the probiotics can dull the finish
- The Chlorine Alternative is not suitable for commercial hot tubs, jacuzzi tubs or fitness pools
